MUST TRY MEAL!!!
CREME OF RICE CREPES:
Ingredients:
8oz Egg Whites
25g Whey Iso Protein of choice (Like A Pro supplements is my go to)
60g Cream of rice
30g Raw honey
Cinnamon
Himalayan Pink Salt
***To speed up time a bit this can all be simultaneously on multiple burners on stove top but be sure to watch each pan so you do not burn!!
STEP 1:
Bring 1.5 cups of water to boil add 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
STEP 2:
Add Cream of Rice and bring heat down to a simmer while stirring with a whisk for roughtly 2 min (COR should be creamy but not watery or too dry)
STEP 3:
Add 25g Whey Protein iso in a mixing bowl with 8oz Egg Whites (can add 1/4 tsp baking soda to fluff crepes up a bit for texture). Whisk mixture together and use either a good non stick cooking pan or lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Use 1/4 measuring cup and scoop mixture into pan cooking on LOW heat (this does take a little time. Be sure not to cook them too fast)
STEP 4:
Lay egg white and protein crepe out on cutting board while scooping 1-2 tbs of COR mixture into protein egg whites. Roll the crepe up and you have one completed!! Continue until you have used up all your crepes.
STEP 5:
Optional but recommended place excess COR mixture over crepes so it acts as a topping adding better texture.
